The TruStay Story

TruStay was born out of shared frustration. As property owners and investors, the three of us co-founders experienced firsthand the shortcomings of traditional property management—poor communication, lack of accountability, and a “set it and forget it” mindset that left our investments underperforming. To be frank, it just felt like no one really cared.

We knew there had to be a better way. And when we couldn’t find it in the market, we decided to build it ourselves. TruStay was founded with a commitment to transparency, performance, and a shared-risk approach that holds us accountable to our clients, just as we always wanted from a management partner.

He’s also a holder of three world records, demonstrating his relentless drive and commitment to excellence. Outside of his professional achievements, Paul enjoys spending time with his four kids and taking on new challenges in both life and business.

Eric Gordon is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in business and finance. As a former VP at a successful restaurant chain, Eric played a key role in expanding the brand nationwide. He is also a seasoned property investor, leveraging his experience as a former Deloitte CPA and his expertise in financial strategy. In addition to his work in the restaurant and real estate industries, Eric has served as a VP for a capital firm, further demonstrating his leadership and versatility across multiple sectors.
